Currently, Struxco doesn't offer automatic imports from other platforms. However, our pre-built checklists cover all standard construction phases, so you can quickly set up new projects and start fresh with better organization.
When you add a client to a project, Struxco automatically sends them an email invitation with a secure link to their personalized portal. They click the link, and they're in—no account creation or password required. They can bookmark the link for easy access anytime.
Absolutely not. Each client portal is completely isolated and secure. Clients only see their own project information, photos, and documents. Your data security and client privacy are our top priorities.

An active project is one that's currently in progress. Once a project is completed, you can archive it, and it no longer counts toward your active project limit. Archived projects remain accessible for reference anytime.
